Patrobus Cassius Robinson was an undergraduate student at the University of Iowa from 1923-1928. His memory book of college life depicts his life through snapshots with classmates and thoughts from his friends and acquaintances.
The scrapbook, donated to the University Archives in 2010, paints a picture of the African American community in Iowa City in the early 20th century. In 2014, University Archivist David McCartney profiled the scrapbook in an engaging Iowa Now piece.
