"Incident Light" performance art/fluxus/intermedia/Center for New Performing Arts

Fluxus, or intermedia arts, emerged as a discipline in the UI School of Art and Art History during the 1960s, mainly under the guidance of Prof. Hans Breder. The Papers of Dennis and Diana Swanson chronicle their work and of others who used mixed media during the 1960s and 1970s.
